Savannah Communications has been a Motorola Service Shop since 1960 and is owned by Don Bigbie. He runs the day to day operations of the company and manages one of the largest two-way radio shops in the southeastern United States. The company has grown from a three person operation to over fifty employees with a total of four locations in two states; Garden City and Statesboro, Georgia, Bluffton/Hilton Head Island and Beaufort, South Carolina.
Savannah Communications is a full service dealer in the coastal empire of Georgia and the Low Country of South Carolina, with shops that represent a number of quality products, which include Bendix King, Icom, Tomar, Able-2, Code 3 Inc., Whelen, Federal Signal Corp, J-Tech and Streamlight, but our number one product remains Motorola Communications and Radius equipment. Long considered the industry leader in two-way communications, our relationship with Motorola goes back over forty years.
