The park staff would like to let you know how much we appreciate Savannah Communications response to our recent request for service. The park's radio system is working much better than it has in months.

In 1991 I switched from Hampton County dispatch to Beaufort 911 County dispatch. In the past 17 years I have made a lot of friends at Savannah Communications. Whenever we need equipment installed or repaired they have always been there for us.

The Port Royal Police Department likes the service that your shop offers. It has a plus side and that is we only have to take our cars to one place to be outfitted. The service has been great and the quality of work is excellent in my opinion.

I would be remiss in my responsibilities if I didn't share our thanks and appreciation to one of your employees, better known as "Zetron" John. John has been working for the past several months on improving the communications capabilities in our County. He has been diligent in following through on repairs, requests for assistance and even patient enough to offer his expertise on ways we could improve on our systems. John speaks highly of his employer and has expressed his desire to do a great job because it is a reflection of Savannah Communications. It's envious to know that there are still employers that can illicit that kind of respect and dedication from it's employee's.

Mr. Bigbie, As you are aware I do not hesitate to voice my concerns when I feel that something is not right, however, that is not the case in this email. I would like to take a moment to let you know that Harold and his crew did an outstanding job on installing radios and lights in my F350 this past Wednesday. The guys stayed late and worked diligently in the heat to ensure that the truck was ready on Thursday. Please let them all know that while it may not be said often, their diligence and dedication to the customers is appreciated. If I may ever be of assistance to you or your staff, please do not hesitate to contact me.

This letter is to recognize the actions of one of your employees that work out of your Beaufort office. Recently we had nine Patrol Cars switched out and additional work done on six more. Les Powell scheuled these for us in a timely manner and the work completed was very professional.
